Earth Day - USACE Environmental Division
As the nation's environmental engineer, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers manages one of the largest federal environmental missions: restoring degraded ecosystems; constructing sustainable facilities; regulating waterways; managing natural resources; and, cleaning up contaminated sites from past military activities.
The Environmental Division sought to visually represent their diverse missions and impactful work for an Earth Day social media campaign. I developed a series of evergreen graphics designed to function both as compelling standalone pieces and as a cohesive collection. Through thoughtful use of color, iconography, and consistent visual themes, the campaign highlighted their environmental stewardship while ensuring versatility across digital platforms.

Regional Sediment Management - USACE
In the past, the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) focused on managing sand at coastal projects on a project-by-project basis. However, this approach to sand management may not adequately consider the impact of individual projects on down-drift projects. To address this issue, the USACE has initiated efforts to assess the benefits of managing sediment resources as a regional-scale resource rather than a localized project resource. The concept of Regional Sediment Management (RSM) is a result of the 67th meeting of the Coastal Engineering Research Board (CERB), held in May 1998.
The Regional Sediment Management program manager at USACE requested a cohesive suite of communications materials for conferences and meetings. I designed three large-format banners to create a visually impactful backdrop for their table, complemented by two capability brochures.

Connect - IIMD USCIS
USCIS Connect ("Connect") is the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) component intranet, and part of the DHS Connect family. Connect uses Microsoft SharePoint online. Connect is mainly designed to collect, organize and disseminate finished content, or information that will have lasting value to USCIS employees. Examples of Connect content include approved human-resources procedures, adjudicator policies, and reference documents of any kind.
During USCIS’s migration from Classic to Modern SharePoint, I led the complete visual overhaul of two key sites, IIMD Connect and the Records Policy Manual. This meant redesigning page layouts, modernizing UI components, and optimizing user flows. By combining intuitive UX strategy with clean, accessible design, I created a scalable system that improved both the user experience and content editor efficiency.

Engineer Research and Development Center - USACE
The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) is the premier research and development center for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. ERDC discovers, develops, and delivers innovative solutions to the nation's toughest challenges in military engineering, installations and operational environments, civil works, geospatial research and engineering, and engineered resilient systems.
As an in-house Visual Information Specialist at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, I collaborated closely with the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) on a diverse range of projects. My work spanned from detailed technical illustrations to dynamic event materials, blending precision and creativity to effectively communicate complex information across multiple formats.
